Mary Valenzano

CPT, Exercise Science Major, NPC Bikini Competitor, Performance & Recovery Specialist

Mary Valenzano is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an Exercise Science major at Rowan University, where she is expected to graduate in the coming year. With a strong academic foundation and years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve sustainable, long-term improvements in their health, performance, and overall well-being.

Mary's passion for fitness began at the age of 14, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to health and physical development. Over the past five years, she has competed in the NPC Bikini division, gaining extensive experience in strength training, physique development, nutrition, goal setting, and the discipline required to perform at a competitive level. Her competitive background has given her a deep understanding of the physical and mental dedication needed to transform the body while maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

As a personal trainer, Mary believes that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. She takes a personalized approach to coaching, designing customized training programs that align with each client's unique goals, experience level, and lifestyle. Whether working with beginners who are taking their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle or experienced individuals looking to improve strength, body composition, or athletic performance, she is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, motivation, and accountability every step of the way.

“True transformation is about more than changing your body - it's about building confidence, discipline, and a healthier lifestyle.”
